Will Hardy serves as President and Principal Equity holder for Asurety. As a project manager he specializes in commercial renovations in the office, industrial, and government-based sectors. His strengths are relationship-building integrity and strong work ethic. He enjoys bringing people together as part of construction projects. He also excels at applying the critical path method to all things to improve processes and timely task completion. His experience has taught him how to quickly identify the opportunities and pitfalls of projects and their best path to completion.

Serving as both Vice President and a project manager, Mike has over 40 years of commercial construction experience, beginning in the office/industrial market as the construction arm for two top real estate development companies. He now has a strong focus in medical interior construction having built more than 10 ambulatory surgery centers and many medical facilities. He has a loyal client base of repeat customers who he considers his extended family. He is an excellent communicator with a reputation for completing projects on time and on budget. Mike has an A-team of subcontractors who share his commitment of integrity and customer service. If he makes a mistake, he is quick to admit and remedy any problem. Finally, he always tries to treat everyone the way he would like to be treated.

General Superintendent
As Asurety’s General Superintendent and an equity owner, Jaime Superintends the company’s largest and most complex projects while overseeing all of field operations. His skills include a meticulous eye for detail, excellent plan reading skills, and vast construction knowledge. Working his way up through the field allows him to draw from his experience in General Carpentry, Concrete & Finishing, Door/Frame Install, & Project Scheduling/Coordination.
Carlos Espino
Foreman & Logistics Coordinator
Carlos joined the Asurety team in early 2019 coming from the residential renovation field. He has expanded his construction knowledge eagerly learning about the commercial market since joining. He has Superintended several project as the primary contact and excels at building great relationships with clients. OSHA 30 certified.
